Clean the area first using the alcohol wipes. Next, use the derma stamp by pressing it gently but firmly onto the desired area. Stamp each area no more than 4 times before moving to the next spot. When you have finished, sanitise the derma stamp with the alcohol spray. Use the derma stamp no more than twice per week, allowing time between sessions for the skin to heal.
